  5. ToQuicken is a simple utility that converts files of
  6. downloaded stock or mutual fund prices into a format
  7. that Quicken is capable of importing.  The whole purpose
  8. of ToQuicken is to allow America Online, CompuServe, or
  9. Dow Jones members to be able to use their on-line service
  10. to obtain price information and easily update their 
  11. Quicken files.

  52. password.  This password will enable the registered 
  53. version of ToQuicken.

  55. Registered users are guaranteed free upgrades for life!
  56. As a registered user you will always be able to able
  57. to use the latest version of ToQuicken.  Your same
  58. serial number and password will continue to enable
  59. future versions.

  62. technical support from the author.  Mark Beiley may be

  75. DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE

  78. Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software
  79. before buying it. If you try a Shareware program and
  80. continue using it, you are expected to register. Individual
  81. programs differ on details -- some request registration
  82. while others require it, some specify a maximum trial
  83. period. With registration, you get anything from the simple
  84. right to continue using the software to an updated program
  85. with printed manual.

  123. ToQuicken is a "shareware program" and is provided at no
  124. charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it
  125. with your friends, but please do not give it away altered
  126. or as part of another system.  The essence of "user-
  127. supported" software is to provide personal computer users
  128. with quality software without high prices, and yet to
  129. provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop
  130. new products.  If you find this program useful and find
  131. that you are using ToQuicken and continue to use ToQuicken
  132. after a reasonable trial period, you must make a
  133. registration payment of $5 to Mark Beiley.
  134. The registration fee will license one copy for use on any
  135. one computer at any one time.  You must treat this software
  136. just like a book.  An example is that this software may be
  137. used by any number of people and may be freely moved from
  138. one computer location to another, so long as there is no
  139. possibility of it being used at one location while it's
  140. being used at another.  Just as a book cannot be read by
  141. two different persons at the same time.
